Current board

On this page, Lancelot presents the current board of the association. After two years of dormancy, Niels, Stan and Bram picked up the mantle to provide student squash players a home once again. Learn more about the board members here!

Meet Niels, our Chair of 23-24 season:

Niels has a special place in this association. He is the captain of Team Lancelot, our certified trainer and a significant pillar of tournaments. More importantly, he revived the association in 2021. He is the definition of Swiss knife for Lancelot.
When he is not suffering from injuries which is happening more than you can think of, he is also one of the best players in Lancelot because of his different strategy against every opponent.
His incredible skills in stakeholder management and business minded approach make him a perfect Chair. I am more than excited to work with Niels this year.

For the 23/24 season, Lancelot offers their new Secretary Special: Cas Ruger. One of the OGs since the revival of the association two years ago, Cas has been part of numerous committees already. He has defended the name of our association in tournaments all over the Netherlands, hosted our own Lancelot tournaments and has become one of the most familiar faces on our club nights. Lancelot is in safe and capable hands with Cas in the board. I’m looking forward to working closely together in the coming season!

Meet Köksal (or as some of his friends call him, Ahmet ), our steadfast Treasurer, serving with us since last year. He’s been an essential member of our Promotion Committee, spreading the word about our association and making our events memorable. Ahmet is also a key player in our competitive Lancelot team, showcasing his skills and dedication on the squash courts and beyond. By day, he’s a consultant, and in the evenings, he manages our finances. Even though he can be dangerous on the court, one thing is for sure, our money is in safe hands.

With Ahmet’s meticulous attention to detail and financial expertise, Lancelot’s financial health remains robust. I am excited to keep Köksal as our treasurer and work together with him.
